So i started using shaders the other day. And im lagging alot like 30-60 fps. I have nvidia gefoce 2070 rtx and i7 8700 3.20 ghz and 8*2 g ram. And im lagging quite alot. My friend who i played with recently has nvidia gefoce 2060 rtx and i5 9600k 3.70 ghz and 16 gb ram and he is getting around 200-500 fps. How are my fps 30-60.

Ram utilization 60% of 8gb allocated. During gameplay the gpu and cpu are not even using turbo as the cpu stays at 3.5ghz and gpu at 1.3ghz (the idle speeds I have set for them)

I have an rtx 2060 and an intel i7 10th gen which easily gets me super high fps without shaders on max settings. When using the shader I picked out, I wasn't expecting to get great fps but for some reason it's only locked to 40.
