118th nwira regatta. Over August 18th & 19th a majority of MBC competed in the 118th NWIRA regatta in Kenora, ON, Canada. Their strong showing gave them the second most points of all teams.. FULL REGATTA RECAP. 2023 PIKE ISLAND CHALLENGE. MBC is not hosting the Pike Island Challenge as in the past. This year it will just be held for MBC members.

Founded in 1870, MBC is a non-profit athletic organization dedicated to promoting health and excellence through the sport of rowing. Located on the shores of Raspberry Island and surrounded by the Mississippi River, the Minnesota Boat Club offers its members a truly unique setting.
To encourage membership participation in keeping our beloved boat club operational, MBC is offering it's members a $100 refund in exchange for 16 hours of volunteering throughout the calendar year (8 hours for non-board member committee chair).
