The MISS DIG 811 Notification Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 811 or 1-800-482-7171 to process emergency and non-emergency location requests. An EMERGENCY is defined as any work that requires locating and staking in less than 3 working days because of lack of facilities, or possible hazard to health, life, or property.

Call Before You Dig, Call MISS DIG 811’s toll-free number 8-1-1 or 800-482-7171 for locate services. We are staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Once your locate request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from MISS DIG 811 (OCARS_PRO@missdig811.org).

Contact MISS DIG 811 online or by phone. Wait 3 business days for utilities to be marked. Check status online to confirm all utilities have been marked. Hand dig when digging within 4 ft of paint or flags. Dig with care. How long is a locate request valid?
Before commencing with any digging, obtain information about the location of underground utilities by simply reaching out to OKIE811 — It’s free, it’s safe, it’s the law! No more than 14 days nor less than 48 hours, excluding the date of notification, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
If you notice any kind of damage, such as gouges, dents, or breaks to coating, cable sheaths, cathodic protection anodes or wiring, it’s important to stop digging immediately. Contact the facility owner and contact 811 to submit a Damage Ticket.
