Miths have an average task length of 6 kills with Duradel and 3.6 kills with Konar using expeditious bracelet (you can swap right before kill). Whole task takes 5-10 minutes even with crappy gear like dragon sword, and 3-4 minutes with DHCB or Lance, while being slightly profitable.
I'd also add that you can unlock these as a slayer task, which gets you 5-10 per task. This makes them great for farming slayer points because the task takes no more than 20 minutes and you get the 15% offensive bonus from your slayer helm.
