Unarmed Dragon Style Monk (Scaled Fist) Build for Solo Endgame Unfair Bosses. This is a simple monk build that optimizes unarmed damage, attack bonuses, and 9 unarmed attacks per turn to take out the endgame bosses in the game (spoiler: ) quickly in melee, solo, without any companions, summons, or other help, in unfair difficulty.
A good monk build will look something like (Human other races can be better but human is never wrong) 13 Str, 18 Dex, 14 Con, 10 Int, 15 Wis, 10 Cha. Take weapon finesse (priority) and weapon focus fist, and dodge at level 1. Get crane style at levels 2, 5, and 7 fight defensively once you get crane style unless all you are fighting is a caster.
Monks in Pathfinder don't have to sacrifice damage in order to be hard to kill, and a melee character who doesn't deal damage reliable or cast spells is a waste of a party slot. Second, all of the varieties are weaker than a STR-based regular Monk.
5 Ιουν 2021 · Where fighters often differentiate themselves by the arms and armor they use, monks are most easily differentiated by the stances that they use. In a party, the Monk is a Defender and a Striker, standing on the front lines of melee combat to keep foes far away from their less sturdy allies.
I really really want to go unarmed and role play a monk who can strike down powerful enemies with my fists. Do you guys have an optimal build path for me? So far I went with Scaled Fist Dragon style monk with focus on strength and charisma of course.
