Due to the minks living on Zunisha, I'd figure that they're chances of finding devil fruits are higher then most. Seeing how majority of that area is jungle like. Which makes me wonder if the minks have a rule about eating DF's. Losing the ability to swim would make it hard to live on Zunisha due to the consent spray of ocean water.
