The PROFILED Adapter Kit utilizes a 1/4" aircraft aluminum adapter plate which creates the mating surface between the engine and the transmission bellhousing. The outer contour of the adapter plate is profiled to match the outer contours of the transmission bellhousing.
Adapter plates allow the Ford and Mopar enthusiasts to hook up to a powerglide or other General Motor transmission while still using their respective power plants. All Adapter plates are precision machined aluminum for minimum weight and perfect fit.
