27 Ιουν 2015 · The only names I've heard them called is the less-than sign and the greater-than sign, but those names seem rather informal and apply only to their use in math. The symbols are used in other contexts as well, so it seems they would have less specific names.
Though the greater than and less than signs have clear meanings, they can be kind of hard to remember. All of them look similar, with the exception of the “does not equal” sign. So how can you remember them?
