18 Ιουν 2024 · Serving in the U.S. Army as a Support Operations Specialist (MOS 25U) will train you as well as provide real-world experience for a number of civilian job occupations. Those that leave the military in 25U MOS eventually find careers as radio mechanics, operators, installers, and repairers.
25U's AIT is very simple. Most of it won't be used at your first unit, outside of terminology and signal flow. Vast majority of 25-series learn via on-the-job training. After the Army, if you just did 4-years and maybe got Sec+, you can probably do Tier-1 helpdesk and the associated work for around $50,000 or so.

Been 25U for 12 yrs, It is a good MOS. You will get training Ed on some of all 25 series duties. We really don't go to signal unit as much as other signal MOSs could but it is possible.
