This protocol describes the use of these growth factors and supplemental reagents for successful culture of motor neurons in vitro together with a simple step-by-step method for isolating and culturing these neurons.

19 Δεκ 2007 · Prepare one day prior to isolation under sterile conditions. Start with Poly-D-Lysine (BD cat no. 354210) 20 mg vial; reconstitute with 4 mL UltraPure Distilled water to 5mg/ml stock solution. Divide to 1 mL aliquots and store at -20°C.
