Note: Most IDs for items, factions, troops, etc are located in .xml files inside the Bannerlord installation folder within \Modules\SandBoxCore\ModuleData\. Troop IDs: spnpccharacters.xml.
the skene id would be gallosglass_tier_1 (type gallosglass_tier_3 for best troop in tree) and for the skolder the id would be skolderbrotva_tier_1 (type skolderbrotva_tier_3 for best troop in tree)

This is the complete Troop Spreadsheet for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord. Every single troop unit in packaged within this excel spreadsheet (as suggested by u/Stay1nAlive ), I use the google drive link in order to get it out to Reddit but it is still a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet when it is opened.

There are already several mods that are either templates or actual, original troop trees out there. It is also quite easy to make your own without any real modding knowhow (I do it all the time). Take a look at the spnpccharacters.xml file in SandboxCore and see how the upgrades work.
