The Quick Ride Ramp offers the convenience of on-site parking at the value rate. A free 24/7 shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle and drive you to Terminal 1 or 2 and back upon your return. At Terminal 1, the shuttle picks up and drops off passengers in the Brown Ramp lobby near the Terminal 1 Ground Transport Center.
OK so yes we did use the Quick Ride ramp at MSP in March. Location is very nice, around the corner from the terminal. There is upper deck outdoor parking, and indoor parking underneath. To reach the indoor parking, do NOT go up the ramp to the 2nd floor, take the street next to the ramp to access the bottom floor.
