The electronic transcript allows recipients to view the transcript on a secure website instead of waiting to receive a paper document via U.S. Mail. The Process Current and former Students submit a transcript request and select "electronic" as the delivery format.
MSU transcript requests are processed within 1-3 business days. Requests for pre-1980 transcripts may take longer to process. If you have any questions, please contact our office by phone at 517-355-3300 or via email.

Miller-Motte in Tulsa is currently open; however, it provides student transcripts through Parchment, a commercial vendor that provides digital credentialing, at www.parchment.com or the direct link to the Platt College Tulsa Campus page at www.parchment.com/u/registration/40395/account.
Review the list below for the international transcript guidelines that apply to your specific country, region or education system. Transcripts not issued in English must be provided in the original language along with an English translation.
Official transcripts from upper middle school/高中 (gaozhong) (grades 10-12), in both Chinese and English in a sealed, stamped envelope. Courses in progress or curriculum for grade 12. Also include an official study certificate from your school, confirming your enrollment.
All admitted first-year students must have their high school submit a final transcript that includes month, day and year of graduation. This must be sent to MSU as soon as possible and no later than mid-July. This document is required to complete enrollment at Michigan State.
