U8/U10 Program. Learn More. The Nancy Greene Ski League (NGSL) Under 8/10 is designed for kids five to nine years old. Fundamental skills are introduced at this level in a safe and fun environment through gate training and versatile skier development.
At Mt Seymour, students will learn to ski and snowboard in group lessons that prioritize safety and fun. Expert care is provided by our certified instructors who come from all over the world. Our 4 Day programs are ideal for skill development, building confidence and making lifelong memories.
These fully supervised morning & afternoon 2.5 hour camps give your child a chance to safely explore the mountain in a fun and social environment while learning to ski or snowboard. Participants will ride the chairlifts without an adult.
This is done through a mix of gate training and all-mountain skiing. The U12 program commences in December and usually finishes the beginning of April. There are three regional races, a number of away trips to Whistler and a year-end provincial race in Sun Peaks, all of which are optional.
The Mount Seymour Ski Club provides youth ages 5-17 with the opportunity to develop recreational ski and race skills under the guidance of professional coaches in a fun and active environment.
