I had an inguinal orchiectomy around 1 year ago. Unlike scrotal orchiectomies, this procedure keeps the scrotal tissue intact for SRS in the future. You can see the scars from where they took the testicles out in the album below. I was off work for a week and a half before going back to my desk job.
