Pros: You will figure out how you best like carrying. Shell fits each gun very well. Some of the holsters are actually quite good (the IWB holster is my favorite holster of all time for single stacks) You have the ability to switch carry styles when needed. the neoprene material is very comfortable against your skin.

My name is -Ag0n1st- and I'm a holster addict. I have suffered from this condition for the last 12 months after getting my CCW. After doing a bunch of research, I've decided on Tier 1 Concealed for my next IWB holster. Only issue is, I don't know which one to get. They're all close in price, and all have great reviews, so it makes it hard for me to pick.
