District Court Rules are adopted for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court and are to be published and certified by the Chief District Judge. The Rules will be mailed first class to each member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Bar Association and other interested parties.

The Muscogee Nation is a tricameral government that includes the Judicial Branch. Within the Judicial Branch, is the Muscogee Nation District Court. The District Court predates Oklahoma statehood, and is located in the Tribe’s Mound Building at the headquarters in Okmulgee.
