A strange sounding song that goes along with the strange atmosphere of the first six tracks on the album. While rarely mentioned by the band and pronounced by the band two different ways ("Fill-ip" and "Fill-eep"), Fillip was performed at nearly every gig in 1999.

I was listening to Showbiz and got to Fillip, a song that I always skipped over. But a day or two ago, I listened to it, and found one of my favorite Muse moments. At 1:42 in the song, it breaks down to a piano, bass, light drums, and falsettos.
