Calculates the ballistic trajectory of a bullet fired from a rifle, handgun or other firearm. Produces a ballistic trajectory chart and table that shows the drop, velocity, kinetic energy, windage, and trajectory of a bullet.
To use the calculator, simply fill in the input values (blank white boxes) in the large black box. By default, we only need four values to give you a good idea of how your shot will behave: target range, bullet weight, muzzle velocity, and ballistic coefficient.
Recoil. Calculate recoil from muzzle velocity and bullet, powder and rifle weight. Explanation of terms. Ballistics calculations and formulas for small arms.
Calculates the power factor and checks divisions for IDPA, IPSC, TSA, USPSA and SASS. Output shows whether or not the division is made (green/red) and by how much in percent. Recoil. Calculates the free recoil energy and velocity using firearm weight, charge weight, bullet weight and firearm velocity.
How to Use the Muzzleloading Ballistics Calculator. This calculator allows you to determine the energy of a muzzleloading bullet at a specified distance. Simply enter the bullet mass in grains, the muzzle velocity in feet per second, the distance you want to calculate to (in yards), and the ballistic coefficient of the bullet. Click ...
Ballistics Calculator. The Bison Ballistics calculator is a modern ballistics calculator for sportsmen. To use it, just pick a bullet from our library, fill in the appropriate information and click "Calculate". Use Bullet Library. Ballistic Coefficient (lbf/in2) Drag Function. Muzzle Velocity (fps) Wind Speed (mph) Wind Heading. Rifle Information.
