19 Μαρ 2019 · If you’re not getting emails from the Church, sign in to your account on ChurchofJesusChrist.org by clicking on My Account and Ward or the account symbol in top right corner and selecting Account Settings. See if your account is tied to your membership records. Click on Membership.
Change your password with your email provider. See the following sections for instructions on changing your email account password for several major email providers. If your email account provider isn't listed, contact your admin or the email provider's help desk.
If you have a new password, if your email provider has asked you to change settings, or if you're having problems with sending and receiving email, you can change your email account settings through Mail in the Windows Control Panel, or from Outlook.
