Package pickup hours are between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. If you are unable to come and pick up your package you can email mail services and designate another person: mail.services@utulsa.edu. United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers letters directly to students who reside in TU’s Campus Apartments.
The main ticket office is located on the south side of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center at 101 East 3rd Street, which is located at 3rd and Cincinnati. For general sales , ticket office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, except for days when Tulsa Town Hall events are held, in which case, the doors open at 9 a.m. The mailing address for the Tulsa Performing Arts Center is 110 E. 2nd St., Tulsa, OK 74103-3212.
