13 Σεπ 2022 · The most convenient way to view your Retiree Account Statement (RAS) and manage your account is through myPay, our online account management system. myPay provides faster service, security, accessibility and reliability to all DFAS customers worldwide.
Retirees and annuitants can request a 1099-R reissue online. The online 1099-R reissue tool also accepts international addresses. The Affordable Care Act 1095-B/C statements are available in myPay. The online tool to request a mailed Affordable Care Act 1095-B/C statement is available on askDFAS.
Attention DOD CAC users: myPay Smart Card login is available. If you receive an error stating “an error occurred determining your smart card identification”, please close all of your browser sessions, restart your browser and try the login again.
We are currently updating debt notification letters and billing statements for Out of Service Debts. The revised letters will provide clear information regarding the outstanding debt amount and available payment options.
