It's a Manga downloader for Desktop where you can paste in links from various Manga sources/sites, like MangaKatana. There's some good YouTube tutorials on how to use it. I still haven't figured out how to organize chapters by volume on MangaKatana though.
It has all available english dub episodes of both the original and Shippuden, as well as subbed episodes (which are farther than English) should you get interested enough to continue on into the subtitled version.
