Crunchyroll has both Naruto and Naruto Shippuden plus some movies. Funimation has Naruto. Netflix has some Naruto (maybe not all episodes--I don't currently have a subscription so I can't verify), and some Naruto Shippuden movies (but not the Shippuden series) I believe.
No harm, sometimes the only way to watch the dub without spending a fortune on box sets is through those sites. However, links on the subreddit will be removed as many of those sites are profiting off illegal rehosts through crypto mining, adware and can be filled with malware.

Naruto is a manga. The anime is an adaptation of it. One episode generally adapts 3 manga chapters. Both manga chapter and anime episode come out every week. As you can see that would eventually end up with the anime reaching the manga and having nothing to adapt.
