Thank you for inquiring about replacing your SSI or NASDS certification card. You may go through any SSI Dive Center or you may print off and fill out the required form to replace your card.
2 Οκτ 2008 · I was certified by NASDS and SSI sent me a new card last week! Let them know that you were NASDS, the date you were certified, and the shop name. Instructor helps too... They will send you your cert number once they find you in the files. Then you download the lost card form fro the SSI site and fill it out with that info.

If your instructor is still active, they can also order a replacement card for you. Alternatively, If you can find an old certification card or certificate of training, you may be able to send this in to the certification agency as proof that you’ve taken a course with them.

9 Σεπ 2016 · I show that at one time you requested a replacement card for your NASDS card and this was processed by printing that card on SSI card stock. However, in that time we have discontinued the practice of replacing NASDS cards.
25 Ιουλ 2008 · In 1999, NASDS - The National Association of Scuba Diving Schools - merged with SSI - Schuba Schools International - and in 2001 the NASDS Certification Cards were discontinued. In case you will need a Replacment Card, you will now receive an SSI Certification card to replace your old or lost NASDS Certification Card.
