Overall, DO NOT SEND MONEY to anyone claiming to be an A&R agent online. It does not matter how legitimate they appear to be, it does not matter how many followers they have; it's a goddamn scam.

In the sidebar of the site is a blacklist of companies that have been identified as predatory — if the company you're dealing with appears in this list, it’s a clear no-go.
