South Village Apartments offers a diverse Campus Living Community of primarily juniors, seniors, graduate students, international students, and some family housing units. Each student apartment in South Village houses two students in private bedrooms and includes a shared bathroom, living room, and full kitchen with dishwasher.
SkyView is NAU's newest on-campus community. It opened Fall 2017 and offers private bedrooms and bathrooms in 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans with stainless steel appliances, leather-style sectionals and hardwood-style flooring.

Campus heights and McKay are two of the most competitive housing options on campus and are also some of the most expensive. South village is on the far side of the campus so I haven't been there yet but like the other person who commented said it is mostly bike accessible only.
