The Gaming division regulates, enforces and administers charitable gaming in North Dakota, performs audits and investigations of gaming organizations; reviews gaming tax returns, administrative complaints, and provides training for charitable gaming organizations.

By consolidating various regulatory functions into one oversight body with broad powers, the Commission seeks to ensure fair and strict regulation of all gaming activity while reducing costs and regulatory burdens to the gaming industry.
Division of Gaming. The Division of Gaming oversees the following types of gaming in New York State: Sports Wagering. Commercial Casinos*. Video Lottery. Indian Gaming. Interactive Fantasy Sports.
The New York State Gaming Commission regulates all aspects of legal gaming activity in the State, including horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering, Class III Indian Gaming, the state lottery (including video lottery terminals), commercial gaming, sports wagering, interactive fantasy sports, and charitable gaming.
The Inspector General, Lucy Lang, has designated Lisa Lee, as the Deputy Inspector General for Gaming. In June of 2021 the Gaming Inspector General was brought under the umbrella of the Office of the New York State Inspector General. File a complaint.
