Licensees are required to renew their licenses biennially and no later than midnight on the day the license is due to expire, in order to maintain the right to practice. Renewal postcard reminders are mailed out 60 days prior to the license expiration date, to the mailing address on file.

We are an approved Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) CE provider. The TSBDE requires 12 CE hours to renew your certificate on a biennial basis (every two years) with an approved provider.
Registered Dental Assistant Renewal (RDA) Instructions. RDAs of are required to renew their registration biennially and no later than midnight on the day the license is due to expire, in order to maintain the right to practice.
A Registered dental assistant may fulfill the Continuing Education requirements through Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) approved self-study, interactive computer courses, or lecture courses.
