31 Μαΐ 2022 · Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer. If your printer in not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry. If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.

1 ημέρα πριν · It was installed through WiFi and has been printing away for a few weeks. Suddenly it just says it's offline, and I am not able to figure out how to get it online again. It's switched on. The PC is connected to the same WiFi. When I send a print job to the queue, the printer lights up and clearly reacts, but it then returns Offline.
