When I signed up for Xfinity at our new house, we were told flex box was free of charge. I was not told I would be charged $100 if I did not return it! Since I was told it was free, I threw it away!

It plugs directly into your TV and offers access to your favorite streaming apps and free live content. Think of it like an Amazon Fire TV Stick or Roku, but exclusively available to Xfinity customers.
3 Φεβ 2024 · New Comcast Scam. Got a call today from "Comcast Xfinity". Stated that they were upgrading comcast boxes. After giving the number of TVs they said they would send a technician with two "state of the art cable boxes". Not sure what the scam is.
