9 Δεκ 2020 · Got my first order from NJ Steel Baron. 10 Hunters in 1084. 6 Cowboys in 1084 and 6 skinners in Nitro-V. 22 blades total. Looking forward to working with the Nitro-V. It’s a new steel for me.

20 Οκτ 2020 · The hardest part of working with a waterjet outfit is in something like having folder parts cut, where precision cut to design is required. Often it takes a LOT of back and forth to get the CAD file correct, but in the end, if you make a lot of the same thing, its well worth it.
1 Ιαν 2014 · I know New Jersey Steel Baron does. I sent them templates of my blades out of 1/4" plywood and they did the CAD work. Portland Waterjet does the CAD for me. I can send in a crude schematic, a drawing, a paper cutout, pretty much anything.

4 Μαρ 2013 · I have purchased steel a number of times from New Jersey Steel Baron, and more recently realized they have a waterjet service as well. It is very convenient to send them an email with CAD files of my designs, and have them cut them and ship them to a heat treater.
