Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island branch offices. at www.nyc.gov/cupid or by mailing in a completed application.

19 Ιουλ 2021 · To obtain a marriage license, first complete an online marriage application request on the City Clerk’s website and obtain a confirmation number.
23 Αυγ 2021 · You can schedule an in-person appointment for a marriage license, marriage ceremony, marriage record, domestic partnership registration, and certificate of non-impediment application at the Manhattan office by going to our website www.cityclerk.nyc.gov. The Office of the City Clerk does not permit unscheduled walk-in visits currently.
You can request a copy of a marriage record related to a marriage license issued by the New York City Clerk’s office from 1950 to the present. You can also request to change a marriage record. City Clerk offices are not providing walk-in services for Marriage Record requests or amendments.
To complete your application, you and your prospective spouse must schedule an in-person or virtual appointment with the Office of the City Clerk. For complete information on obtaining a Marriage License, visit the Marriage Bureau section of the City Clerk Web site.
To submit an application to the Office of the City Clerk using the online forms, you will be required to provide personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, phone number, etc.); we encourage you to read our privacy policy before doing so.
A Marriage License is required to get married in New York State. You can make an appointment to apply at any borough office. Marriage Licenses are usually valid for 60 days.
