If you have COVID-19, you can spread it to others, even if you do not have symptoms. Those with symptoms should get tested and stay home until results are obtained. If you have tested positive (even without symptoms), follow CDC's isolation recommendations.
10 Φεβ 2023 · State health officials urge everyone six months and older to stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations, check transmission levels in their communities, and comply with the individual masking policies that New York facilities will put in place to keep their patients well-protected.
5/5/2023: Governor Kathy Hochul updated New Yorkers on the state's latest information regarding COVID-19 and outlined basic steps they can take to protect against the spread of viral respiratory infections.
2 Απρ 2020 · The New York State Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend individuals 12 and older get the new bivalent COVID-19 booster. All New Yorkers, including children 6 months of age and older, should stay up to date with all recommended vaccine doses.
24 Δεκ 2021 · The Department of Health's new guidance allows fully vaccinated healthcare workers and other fully vaccinated members of the critical workforce who test positive for COVID-19 to return to work after five days if they meet certain criteria and if there is a critical staffing shortage.
