26 Μαρ 2014 · This service provides software for upgrading D90 A to ver 1.00 and B firmware to ver.1.01. This software allows for simultaneous update of both A and B firmware to the latest version. If these latest firmware versions are already installed on your camera, you need not proceed with download or installation of this Firmware Upgrade.
You may need to buy a separate SD card reader, or gamble installing Nikon's always buggy software on your computer to download directly from the D90 if Apple's Image Capture or other software doesn't do it for you.

Download and extract the new firmware. Click the I agree - Begin download link on the download site to download the file “F-XXXX-V###M.dmg”, where “XXXX” is the camera name and “###” the firmware version. When download is complete, a disk image will appear on the desktop containing the file and folder listed below:
