16 Ιουλ 2013 · Firmware versions in my D90 currently are A 1.00, B 1.00 and L1.000. Went to Nikon USA and the firmware updating instructions seem to be a bit conflicting. Before making a big mistake, I thought perhaps someone can explain and/or advise me.
The camera User’s Manual. Check the current camera firmware version. The menus displayed on your camera may differ from those shown here. 1. Turn the camera on. 2. Press the MENU to display the menus. 3. Select Firmware version in the setup menu. 4. The current firmware version will be displayed.

After the upgrade is complete, turn the camera off and remove the memory card. Access the Firmware version item in the camera's setup menu to confirm that the firmware has been upgraded.
Nikon Support Site lists all the firmware for their cameras. Download v1.0.2 for the D90 using that link. 8 Οκτ 2020 · Checking the firmware version on Nikon cameras is very easy – just press the “Menu” button, the go to “Firmware Version” under “Setup”. You should see something like this: On Nikon DSLRs, write down the C and L version numbers (on some cameras there will be A and B instead of C).
23 Απρ 2021 · The problem is that when I connect the D90 to my PC through a USB cable, it won't be recognized. Before I tried, I downloaded the files available on Nikon's website to the D90 camera and installed everything on my W10 PC. When I connected the camera and turned it on, the usb appeared as unknown device.
