19 Αυγ 2015 · Create a shortcut to "explorer.exe" (or LR), edit the properties of that shortcut, and try to run it in compatibility mode to simulate a Windows version that worked for you. I do not have Windows 10 but have used this method on 7 for backward compatibility of many programs.
