Go to myniu.niu.edu and click on MyNIU Student System. Type in your AccountID (Z-ID) and password. To view the status of your application, click on the Admissions tile. To view your to-do list, click on the Tasks tile. Questions? Feel free to contact the NIU DoIT Service Desk at 815-753-8100.
Once you submit your admission application and required documents to NIU, you will need to activate your new NIU Account ID. It usually takes us about two weeks to make an admission decision. Be sure to check the status of your application in MyNIU to see if anything is missing.
