27 Ιουν 2021 · I even tried to use the Download Center for Intel products, but it only recognizes my other audio devices (Bluetooth headphones and Steam drivers for the speakers and the mic). I don't know what to do, nothing seems to work since the built-in speakers/mic aren't being detected by the laptop itself.

When I try a download Conexant High-Definition SmartAudio 221 from HP, which contains the user interface, it fails due to NO AUDIO DEVICE INSTALLED or, “Could not find the MEDIA device for this driver.”
19 Δεκ 2012 · I tried that already with no luck. Obviously something in the latest Microsoft update blocks or removes the sound drivers from device manager resulting the message No audio output device is installed.
