Yes people have gone in with 15 restores and the dragonbone neck and justi+prayer gear and done it without flicking. It requires a lot of luck with both spawns and tanking hits. I don't recommend it, here's some advice use the metronome plugin. It's literally as simple as clicking to the beat.
