Security Clearance is provided by Royal Bhutan Police. It is required for three purposes; 1. General 2. Election 3. Arms License. Here is a simple process to apply for Security Clearance Service which you can complete within 1 to 2 minutes.
submit your applications online at https://www.rbp.gov.bt; once ‘Security Clearance Certificate‘ (SCC) is approved online, you need to obtain a hardcopy SCC issued by the Royal Bhutan Police; The form to accompany the online approval is found at the Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs’ website.
