North Frisia (German: Nordfriesland; North Frisian: Nordfraschlönj; Danish: Nordfrisland, Low German: Noordfreesland) is the northernmost portion of Frisia, located in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, between the rivers Eider and Wiedau. It also includes the North Frisian Islands and Heligoland.
