I am running CentOS 6.5 Linux and its set to sync with an ntp server to always have the correct time. The time is in 24hour time like the server, however the computer has 17:44 and the server has 16:44.

The Microsoft Teams Room devices are configured to use time.windows.com as the default time synchronization source. However many companies prefer not to allow external NTP access to time.windows.com, but prefer to use their own internal NTP server.
