Nueces County Appraisal District is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property within Nueces County. The district appraises property according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).

The Nueces County Appraisal District was created by the 1979 Texas Legislature to consolidate property value appraisals into single (county) districts. The appraisal district became active in 1982 and is responsible for appraising property in the county for ad valorem tax purposes.

In order to pay your property taxes online, you must first search for and find your property. Credit Card Processing Fee: 2.19% of payment amount or a minimum fee of $2.00. Online Check Fee (ACH): $1.00. You will receive an email confirmation that the online payment was submitted.
