The deadline for the Fall 2025 PBHS Nursing application period is March 31st 2025. Students must have completed the initial series of the COVID-19 vaccine, and boosted when eligible, upon final acceptance to the Nursing program.
Minimum Requirements to Apply to the Nursing Program. CCRI Application for Enrollment in General Studies with a pre-nursing concentration; Official copy of a high school or GED® transcript, or baccalaureate transcript from an accredited institution, including date of graduation or completion; ACCUPLACER test issued by CCRI’s Advising Center
Minimum requirements to apply to the Nursing program: CCRI Application for Enrollment into General Studies with a pre-practical nursing concentration. Official copy of a high school transcript, GED® transcript or baccalaureate transcript from an accredited institution, including date of graduation or completion.
Nursing Program Application For important application and transcript deadline information, please refer to the Level I - applicants who do not have their LPN and want to obtain their LPN and then ADN.
Prerequisites required to apply to the RN program. All Science courses must be completed with a 3.0 GPA or higher. All Non-Science courses must be completed with a 2.5 GPA or higher (in-progress courses not accepted). Prerequisite requirements:
4 Φεβ 2024 · State Licensure Application Process: After passing the NCLEX, applicants must pay the licensure fee and submit all required documentation to the California Board of Nursing. The process can take 10-12 weeks for a permanent license and approximately 2-3 weeks for a temporary license.
