15 Οκτ 2020 · We tried Nutramigen and just like your baby, ours wouldn’t eat hardly at all and cried through all of his feeds. Alimentum took about 10 days to adapt to and his tummy problems, reflux and vomiting have all been gone now for almost 5 weeks. Switching a formula after a day doesn’t give an idea if it’s working.
My son's been on nutramigen for a little over 24 hours and since we put the first scoop in his bottle he's been spitting up and vomiting every time he eats regardless of if we burp after every ounce or sit him up for 30-40 minutes or if we feed him snaller portions.
Has anyone had experience of their baby reacting differently from powder to ready to feed of the same formula? Or, if you experienced these horrible poops when switching to Nutramigen, did it just stop on a dime like that?

New to Nutramigen. Hi everyone, We were just told today that our 11 week old has a milk protein allergy. All three of her samples tested positive for the allergy. They recommended we get her started on Nutramigen as it can take up to two weeks for their body to fully get rid of any milk protein from the previous formulas.
