We were on it for 8 weeks before we had to switch because there was a return of symptoms from dairy intolerance. I'd say it took a few days to adjust to nutramigen, but I don't remember throwing up. My pharmacist was a huge help, and easier to ask questions to than booking an apt with doctors.

I used this formula years ago when my child was born. Not able to digest other formulas we switched to Nutramigen concentrate. This was the only formula he was able to digest. The other formulas caused too much stomach pain and discomfort. I would definitely recommend Nutramigen concentrate.
