1 Δεκ 2022 · I am running windows 11 and was given a notification that there was an NVIDIA driver update. I proceeded with the update and upon the installation finishing my screen went black and would not return to normal. I had to force shut down my computer and the issue was resolved. What happened and how can I ensure it never happens again.
16 Μαΐ 2024 · Uninstall GeForce experience, then download Nvidia App . install Nvidia app. This app more advanced then GeForce experience. Download nvidia driver 522.44 from nvidia official website. Install driver manually.
2 Οκτ 2024 · This has been happening to me ever since the nvidia driver update. It isnt only when resetting the pc or shutting it down. It happens whenever I turn my monitor off. I havent tried rolling the driver back yet but it probably works.
13 Αυγ 2020 · I'm using RTX 2070 Super and after windows update my graphics card drivers are gone. I tried running Nvidia Geforce experience from its folder and downloading a new driver from Nvidia's webpage, but both attempts failed during installation. I solved my issue.

What is your computer's make and model? For example Lenovo T470
16 Μαρ 2022 · It works fine if I roll back the driver, but then the performance isn’t great for games and videos etc. Windows is fully updated, and my gpu is the rog strix rtx 3060. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks. (I may need to update the bios, but i’m not sure how to do that. My motherboard is the Asus Tuf B560M-PLUS WIFI)
13 Οκτ 2024 · Even though the NVIDIA driver shows up in Device Manager, it’s not being used for apps like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other software where it should be. I don’t think this is an NVIDIA problem because everything was working fine until I installed a recent Windows update (10th Oct 2024).
26 Ιαν 2021 · After i installed win10, i tried to update drivers but whenever i try to update my graphic card to the latest one (manually or through Nvidia's geforce app) it ALWAYS gives me blue screen. The installation gets completed but wants me to restart. Thats when i receive the blue screen once i press " restart".
19 Ιουν 2019 · NVidia driver randomly stops working, and I need to reboot to get it working again, but if fails again after about 5mins using Lightroom. From what I've read elsewhere about the Surface Book 2, there is a significant electrical problem in that there is not enough voltage to power the GTX 1060 graphics card.
8 Ιαν 2021 · I am running the latest Windows 10 Pro edition. I am fully up to date after checking my windows update. I new Nvidia graphics card driver arrived and requested an update via GeForce experience then i come to the dreaded blue screen of death.
