9 Δεκ 2020 · Justices of the Court. On Wednesday, December 9, the Justices of the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department approved revisions to the Court’s local rules of practice (22 NYCRR Part 1000).
FIRST STEP: INITIAL FILING. 1. Register at the NYSCEF site. Attorneys may utilize their Attorney Online Services account. Unrepresented litigants and other individuals may create an account: ad4.nycourts.gov/efile/register. 2. Request a Docket Number.
Oral Arguments. The Court convenes to hear arguments during pre-designated terms throughout the year. The Court's day calendar generally contains between 20 to 30 appeals. New York State Testing Program Grade 5 English Language Arts Test. Released Questions. 2021. New York State administered the English Language Arts Tests in April 2021 and is now making the questions from Session 1 of these tests available for review and use. Only Session 1 was required in 2021.
