24 Ιαν 2023 · Equal Rights Amendment: S108A, sponsored by Senator Liz Krueger, adds new anti-discrimination protections to the New York State Constitution, including explicit guarantees for reproductive rights and marriage equality. The State Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause already prohibits discrimination because of race, color, creed, and religion.
Complete section 1, page 1. Print out the form. Sign the form. Gather your proof of identity and authorization to work in the US. Acceptable proof documents are listed on page 4. You will need to present: One valid selection from List A; OR, One valid selection from both List B and List C.
